There was once a time when actress Emma Stone was referred to as a poor mans Lindsay Lohan, as Lindsay was bagging the better roles, while Emma was left in her shadow. How the tables have now turned, as Lindsay Lohan has not been in a good movie for many years now, while Emma Stone continues to see her Hollywood career going from strength to strength.
A lot of the talk surrounding Emma Stone and her career lately has been about her reprising her role as Gwen Stacy for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 but Emma also has plenty more projects lined up. Towards the back-end of last year, Emma Stone filmed her role for the untitled Cameron Crowe movie and it has now been confirmed that the film will open on Christmas Day this year.
For those of you who are not familiar with the upcoming movie, it is described as "A celebrated military contractor returns to the site of his greatest career triumphs and re-connects with a long-ago love while unexpectedly falling for the hard-charging Air Force watchdog assigned to him."
As well as starring Emma Stone, the untitled Cameron Crowe movie boasts a very impressive cast including the likes of Bradley Cooper, Bill Murray, Jay Baruchel, Rachel McAdams, John Krasinski and Alec Baldwin, to name just a few. As well as directing the movie, Cameron Crowe also penned the script for the film, which will open on December 25 in the US.
